It seems many people currently have problems with finishing this quest because the guides posted are when the quest was bugged. The quest functions properly now and this are the proper locations.

You need to expose the suspicious presence and uncover the location of the Suspicious Tech Branch Employee. Exact location is not marked in the game. Use Magick Flow Detector near where im standing and you will for sure finish this quest easily and not get frustrated like me zzz.
1st location: the bone on my right
2nd location: keep scanning the bone/ the bone part where im closer to/ the left side of me
3rd location: the water where im standing on
