Klee Passive Talents
Unlocked at Ascension 1
When Jumpy Dumpty and Normal Attacks deal DMG, Klee has a 50% chance to obtain an Explosive Spark. This Explosive Spark is consumed by the next Charged Attack, which costs no Stamina and deals 50% increased DMG.
Unlocked at Ascension 4
When a Charged Attack results in a CRIT, all party members gain 2 Elemental Energy.

Constellation Lv. 1
Attacks and Skills have a certain chance to summon a spark that bombards enemies, dealing DMG equal to 120% of Sparks ‘n’ Splash’s DMG.

Being hit by Jumpy Dumpty’s mines decreases enemy DEF by 23% for 10s.
Constellation Lv. 3
Increases the Level of Jumpy Dumpty by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

If Klee leaves the field during the duration of Sparks ‘n’ Splash, her departure triggers an explosion that deals 555% of her ATK as AoE Pyro DMG.

Increase the Level of Sparks ‘n’ Splash by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.

While under the effects of Sparks ‘n’ Splash, other members of the party will continuously regenerate Energy.
When Sparks ‘n’ Splash is used, all party members will gain 10% Pyro DMG Bonus for 25s.

Lost Prayer scales better than Skyward Atlas
At higher stats, Lost Prayer’s average damage in the first ~8 seconds is comparable to Skyward Atlas; afterwards, it starts getting stronger, but lacks the cloud passive.
Mappa Mare R5 is one of the strongest 4*s, assuming you can maintain 2 stacks. On top of boasting high effective attack, you get elemental mastery on top of it
Note on Lost Prayer:
In most situations, Skyward Atlas is a stronger 5* option than Lost Prayer, as the most important DPS window occurs within the first ~10 seconds of swapping.
This is the window where enemies have -resistance from anemo set, and you have lingering buffs from other characters as well as skill effects.
Because Klee generates energy for the whole party, you should be cycling bursts – especially if you’re running double fire with characters like Xiangling or Bennett, it would be a damage loss to continue camping on Klee for an extended period of time.
For all these reasons, I think weapons that focus on burst, such as Widsith, are more suitable.
If you’re going against natural ice/water enemies, then you can probably stay on Klee and dish out some big damage on Lost Prayer
